Why DINSEN Sends Different Grip Products For the Same Order?

Last week, Oliver successfully sent a trial order to a Swiss customer, and now we have received a formal order from a Swiss customer, which is undoubtedly a great recognition of our products. During the cooperation process, the customer raised a very professional and critical question: Why does our grip product use single-sided bolts for DN300 and double-sided bolts for DN500? Did we change the product? Behind this is actually our in-depth consideration of different product characteristics and actual customer needs.

First, let's take a look at the DN300 grip clamp. The DN300 grip is mainly used for small-diameter pipe connection. In the application scenario of small-diameter pipes, there are high requirements for the convenience and cost-effectiveness of the connection. The single-sided bolt design just meets these requirements. When installing the single-sided bolt, it only needs to be operated from one side, which greatly saves installation time and labor costs. Moreover, for small-diameter pipes, the internal pressure and external force are relatively small, and the single-sided bolt is enough to provide a stable and reliable connection. This design not only simplifies the installation process, but also reduces the overall cost, making the DN300 grip extremely cost-effective in the small-diameter pipe connection market, and can bring tangible economic benefits to customers.

The DN500 grip product is suitable for larger-diameter pipes. Large-diameter pipes face more complex working conditions during operation. On the one hand, the fluid pressure inside the pipe is greater, and the sealing requirements of the connection parts are extremely high; on the other hand, the weight of the large-diameter pipe itself and the force of the external environment are also greater, requiring the connection parts to have stronger wrapping and stability. The double-sided bolt design was born to meet these challenges. The double-sided bolts are tightened from both sides of the pipe at the same time, which can evenly disperse the pressure on the pipe and provide stronger tightening force, thereby ensuring good sealing. At the same time, this double-sided tightening method greatly enhances the wrapping of the connection part to the pipe, so that the pipe can maintain stable operation under various complex working conditions, effectively reducing safety risks such as leakage.

After receiving the customer's consultation, Oliver developed a detailed and targeted solution for the customer based on the customer's specific project situation, including the use environment of the pipeline, operating pressure, budget constraints and other factors. For different project requirements of customers, if it is a project that is more sensitive to cost, has a small pipeline diameter and relatively simple operating conditions, Oliver will recommend the use of DN300 grip products to give full play to its cost-effectiveness; and for those projects that have extremely high requirements for the sealing and stability of pipeline connections, have large pipeline diameters and complex operating environments, DN500 grip products are the best choice. Through such precise solution recommendations, Oliver not only answered customers' questions about product design, but also made customers deeply aware of how our products can better adapt to their actual needs and create greater value for customers.

Whether it is the DN300 single-sided bolt design or the DN500 double-sided bolt design, DINSEN's grip products have been carefully developed and verified in practice, aiming to provide the best quality and most suitable solutions for different customers and different application scenarios. We believe that in future cooperation, we will be able to work together with our Swiss customers and more customers to create more successful project cases with our excellent products and professional services.
