1.Good sealing.

2. Vibration reduction, impact resistance, and noise reduction.
This connector changes the traditional rigid connection into a flexible connection, making the pipe system in a state of shock resistance and noise elimination. The connector itself can withstand an acceleration impact of 350 grams within 0.02 seconds; compared with the flange method, the noise intensity can be reduced by 80%; it is conducive to the safe and normal use of the entire pipe system including pumps, valves, instruments, etc., and prolongs its life.
3. Reduce the weight of the pipe system.
Compared with the flange method, it can reduce the weight by about 75%.
4. Save pipeline space.
Installation and disassembly do not require full-circle construction of flange type, only need to tighten the bolts from one side, so it can save 50% of pipeline layout and construction space, which is of great significance for ships with limited space and small installation space to reasonably configure the pipe system. The flexible connection allows a maximum angular deflection of 5° in all directions, and the spacing between pipe ends can reach 5mm to 35mm, etc. The loose tolerance range avoids the high-precision assembly requirements. No matter the installation deviation or the offset caused by the operation of the equipment, it has no adverse effect on the connector.
5. Good compatibility and adaptability.
The connector is widely used in various metal pipes and composite pipes. It can be used for connecting pipes of the same material or different materials. There are no high processing requirements for the wall thickness and connection end surface of the connected pipes.
6.Convenient and quick installation.
The connector itself does not need to be assembled during on-site construction, and the connected pipes do not need to be adjusted and processed in a cumbersome manner. During installation, only a torque wrench is needed to tighten 1-2 bolts from one side according to the specified torque value, which is particularly easy to operate.
7.Convenient maintenance.
When repairing the pipeline, even if there is oil and water in the pipe, there is no need for welding or heating, and there is no risk of fire or explosion. The ring clamp type repair joint can be used to repair various damaged pipelines from the outside by wrapping.
8.High cost-effectiveness.
The construction cost of the connector is more economical than that of the flange. Although the single cost is slightly higher than that of the general flange, it has a long service life and a high cost-effectiveness. On copper-nickel alloy and stainless steel pipelines, the single cost is lower than or close to that of medium-diameter copper-nickel alloy flanges and stainless steel flanges, and the cost-effectiveness is higher.
9.Convenient for computer-aided design.
Since there is no need lo consider the empty cicumference of the ange, etc., computer-aided design is simpler, which can easily promole modular design, simplify piping flow charts, etc., and reduce design and construction costs.

Firstly, the DINSEN staff removed the impurities on the surface of the stainless steel connect couplings, and then used a special battery to operate. The positive pole of the battery was placed on the metal surface, and the negative pole was placed on the surface of the test liquid.
